Some great rugby at Onkas today to shake off the cobwebs and get ready for the start of the season.

Thank you to all of our amazing volunteers, coaches, players and supporters who made the day a huge success.

Some great wins and some gutsy losses, made for a great day of rugby with some really positive signs moving forward and highlighting some areas where we can improve over the next few weeks before we kick off the season proper.
